VINKA - Espresso Martini Cocktail Mixer - 50ml

Nothing signals your intentions as hard as an Espresso Martini. Not for the shy and retiring types, it’s been a classic on the cocktail scene for a generation and shows no signs of going anywhere – and neither are you once the Espresso Martinis come out!

The VINKA version is made from a specialty blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans for the flavour and aroma you know and love. And with the VINKA cocktail mixer and base, you don’t need to worry about buying bottles of vodka and liqueur, let alone brewing espresso. With both sachets in hand, it’s as easy as Rip, Mix, Shake, Sip.

Espresso Martini Cocktail Instructions

1. Combine this Espresso Martini Mixer 50ml, 1 x VINKA Medium Cocktail Base 250ml and 1 scoop of ice (200 grams) into cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Pour through strainer into champagne coupe glass.
4. Garnish by gently placing exactly three coffee beans onto the crema.

Makes: 2 x 150ml servings

ABV: Approx. 18.3% ABV when mixed with VINKA Medium Base 250ml

NOTE: Above figures do not take into account ice melt after shaken.

For high turnover customers looking for a draft solution we recommend using the KegLand Benchy Nitro, which eliminates the need for cocktail shaking and will dispense the nitro-foamed beverage directly to glass.

Looking for something less sweet?
If you prefer a drier Espresso Martini, pair this with the VINKA Dry Base rather than the Medium Base. We do NOT recommend using this mixer with the Extra Dry Base as it’s too dry to work in this application.

Frozen Espresso Martini (Frappe) Slushy Cocktail Instructions

In your 2L capacity slushy machine, add the following ingredients:

5 x VINKA Espresso Martini Mixer 50mL sachets

2 x VINKA Extra Dry 250mL sachets

2 x VINKA Slushy Booster 250mL sachet

Fill the machine with water up to the 2L mark to achieve an approximate alcohol by volume (ABV) of 7.8%.

If your unit cannot accommodate 2L in a single fill, prepare the mixture in a larger container by combining all ingredients, then pour into the machine up to the maximum fill line. Refill the slushy machine as needed.
